Shingles is a terribly itchy and painful disease BUT post-shingles complications (post-herpetic neuralgia, or PHN for short) are worse, they're HORRIBLY painful and frequently last months.
Worst of all… There's a high chance of a new attack of shingles.
I’m going to end up with 3 clips from this episode because it’s just that good. This scene really changes how you view Skinner, who almost seemed a bit antagonistic up to this point.
Interestingly, there’s a follow-up to this scene in the Season 11 Episode 6 ‘Kitten’.

Remember that skincare is extremely personal to everybody’s skin. What works for me, may not work for you. But I hope my videos give you some good ideas for products, techniques and Ingredients to try.
