Shingles is a terribly itchy and painful disease BUT post-shingles complications (post-herpetic neuralgia, or PHN for short) are worse, they're HORRIBLY painful and frequently last months.
Worst of all… There's a high chance of a new attack of shingles.

First Tip: Start slow with any routine! For example, add the differin, use it for a month, wait for your skin to get adjusted, and then add the benzoyl peroxide in the morning!
Second Tip: Wait 2-3 months to see results with your acne! Be consistent. Patience and consistency are key!
Third Tip: The moisturizer and sunscreen here are interchangeable. Just use ones you already have or pick ones you like!

Okay I get it, my 11 step skincare routine may be a little much for some people! And some people are just getting into skincare! So I thought i’d share what I consider some of the most important steps in a skincare routine,
Cleanser, toner, exfoliator, mosituriser and sunscreen.

Remember that skincare is extremely personal to everybody’s skin. What works for me, may not work for you. But I hope my videos give you some good ideas for products, techniques and Ingredients to try.
