I’m talking all things 7 Skin Method with the person who first introduced it this side of the world, Sarah from Glow Recipe! Though skeptical at first, this is a game changer. I focus on the method and not products here so let me know if you want to see a video on toners. Dehydrated skin can be the cause of imbalance in our skin, whether we are producing too much oil or are too dry so this method is for all skin types!
Also, I’ve been using a new lens which I noticed is not working well with my camera and causing some focus issues especially with more than 1 subject.
Just to reiterate a few points in the video:
– Start off slow with 3 layers work up to 7 if you want
– I don’t do this everyday. You can if you want to but it’s not necessary. A few times a week or when you feel your skin needs the extra hydration.
– Avoid astringent ingredients, alcohol or acid toners!
– You don’t need 7 different toners, only 1! But feel free to cocktail!
– Make sure to seal the hydration in with an oil/moisturizer/cream.
