Okay I get it, my 11 step skincare routine may be a little much for some people! And some people are just getting into skincare! So I thought i’d share what I consider some of the most important steps in a skincare routine,
Cleanser, toner, exfoliator, mosituriser and sunscreen.

Remember that skincare is extremely personal to everybody’s skin. What works for me, may not work for you. But I hope my videos give you some good ideas for products, techniques and Ingredients to try.
Also, i’m obviously not a dermatologist or a doctor, so all opinions on products and anything else i’m presenting, is results and findings from my own experience and research.
And that’s why i’m here, to share my research and my findings that go further than what is said on the bottle or google!

Like a lot of us, I happened upon ASMR videos by chance when searching for ‘sleep help’ on YouTube. I fell in love with the community because (alongside the tingles, ofc), it was a space for love, acceptance, and childlike creativity.
I find ASMR gives us a chance for pause, encouraging us to take time for self care and to prioritize our mental health. In the world we live in today, where our productivity is linked strongly to our sense of worth, I think that’s a pretty radical idea.
